You will need some equipment before attempting the course - obviously you will need a computer, if you do not have a laptop I can teach this course as a distance course over six weeks, this is a cheaper option for you and you will save up to £150*.

I will have to assume certain things;

You already have your own web site that needs promoting
you are completely comfortable using a browser
you know how to fill in online forms
you are comfortable using email and email clients such as 'outlook' ,'thunderbird','eudora','evolution' or web based mail like gmail,msn live etc
you have your own web connection at home/office

For the advanced course;

what would be a great help for the more advanced course is

if you also have knowledge of HTML and CSS but its not mandatory,

You already know how to use FTP and it would be great is you had knowledge of ssh(not not a problem if you don't)

you can choose from a one day(personal use only) or two day (for web and graphic designers who need a good grounding in SEO) course,

you will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

The equivalent distance learning course times are for the one day course = three weeks and for the two day course = six weeks online with full email support

When you are finished with the advanced course you wil be able to charge a minimum of £1500 per client to do the SEO Marketing and your training is deductable as a part of the training costs for your business.
