To formulate a plan for optimising your web site I need the best information you can provide , the next thing you need to do is fill out the Search Engine Optimisation Questionnaire.

This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to know about you and your web site including your target market and the keywords you'd like to rank better for. If you are not sure what your target market is please let me know when filling in this form as I will prepare a list of options for you to choose from.

After I have received the answers on your questionaire I will reply to you via email with a proposal.
Should you want to go ahead after the proposal has been sent and you agree to the terms, please pay via PayPal or call with your card details and I will do the transaction for you.

If you are happy with the proposal I will reply with a quote and you will be supplied with a basic contract to sign and be required to make a 60% deposit of the overall contracted cost.

If you choose to use the bank transfer I will need proof before commencing the work.

  • With the contract signed and paid for, I can begin.
  • Once this is complete, you will be sent a text file containing the copy which you can send to your web designer for insertion or insert yourself.
  • I can also do this for you and for that I will need your FTP* and access details*.
  • The results of a keyword analysis include the popularity of the keywords you have chosen, and how often they are searched for, as well as a suggestion if there are any similar keywords that I think you may benefit more from and their popularity to compare to your original keywords.
